    Steven stepped right in when he heard on nextdoor.com that we were having a difficult time trying to find a short-term rental within a short timeframe. He found us a few houses that weren't on craigslist or Zillow, spoke to the landlords for us, and facilitated our touring the homes before other people. All just out of the goodness of his heart, he received no compensation!
    I definitely recommend Steven, he's friendly/easy to talk to, and very resourceful. Thanks again, Steven, for all the time and effort you put in helping us!

    It was a pleasure working with Steven. He was very patient with us and even door knocked homes to find a property in our preferred neighborhoods. He seemed to have special insight into the neighborhoods but he said he uses a cool app that uses artificial intelligence to get him the neighorhood area statistics. When he would put an offer in he would let us listen to
    the conversations with the agents. On most occasions it seemed like the listing agent was practically rooting for our offer to get accepted. We were delighted that our offer got accepted at a price less than we expected which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. Once in contract he helped guide us through the process and called us daily to keep us up to date. We strongly recommend Steven and have referred our friends to use him.
