Hello and Happy Saturday on July 30th, 2022. SO, with the 2nd consecutive negative quarter many believe we are in or headed into a recession. While it is true that the economy is slowing and will likely continue into the 3rd and 4th quarters, The Federal Reserve is after all attempting to slow the economy in order to curb inflation. With that said, I believe home buyers have a chance to get into the home they want at a more comfortable price point albiet, with higher interest rates than months back. But, with the opportunity to refinance into a lower rate sometime in the coming year or 2 years. “Marry the House, date the loan!”
